These Legal Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Trendy Harmony Lda. regarding access and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms presented.

4. User Registration

5. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are non-refundable.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Direct Debit.

All payments are made in euros. Prices can change at any time. Sales tax will be added as deemed necessary.

The Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Restrictions

Any arbitration will be limited to individual basis only. No class actions are permitted.

Exceptions

Intellectual property disputes, theft/piracy allegations, and injunctive relief requests are not subject to arbitration.

The Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Services information at any time.
